This guide outlines the process of adding countries for international returns in Swap Returns.

  1. Go to your Swap Dashboard

  2. Open the Returns drop-down menu

  3. Click "Shipping"

  4. These are your international carriers

  5. To add a country to a carrier, click settings

  6. Open the region you wish to add a country to

  7. Open the drop-down

  8. You can use the search bar to find the country

  9. Or if adding more from the same continent, use the drop-down to display the countries within

  10. Simply click on a country to add it

  11. Close the drop-down

  12. Click "Save"

  13. If you wish to add a country, but would like to add different shipping rates, you can add them to a new region

  14. Adding a country works the same way

  15. Add the rates here

  16. Click "Save"
