Accessing your Customer’s Shipping Label and Tracking

It’s possible to download a copy of a customer’s return label (and commercial invoices where relevant) and check the shipment tracking within the return entry in the Swap dashboard.

  1. In the Swap Dashboard, on the left, click on returns.

  2. Find the order number in the list.

  3. On the right, you'll find a section on Shipping status. Click one of the buttons to download the QR code and/or shipping label emailed to the customer in their return confirmation email.

    There's also a link to the return shipment tracking. Click on the shipment tracking number, and you'll be taken to the carrier's tracking site to see the status update of the return shipment.
