Automatically fulfilling Swap Protect in Shopify

Orders with the “Swap Protect” product will be marked as “unfulfilled” by default since it’s a digital item. If the rest of the order is fulfilled, it will result in a “partially fulfilled” status since the digital product has not yet been fulfilled. We can solve this by using a Shopify flow.

 


 

Adding the Flow in Shopify

To automatically fulfil Swap Protect, you must have Shopify Flow installed in your store. Click here to install Shopify Flow.

  1. On your Shopify Dashboard, head to ‘Settings’.

  2. Click on ‘Apps and sales channels’.

  3. Click on ‘Flow’.

  4. Click ‘Open app’ in the top right-hand corner.

  5. Click ‘Import’ in the top right-hand corner.

  6. Add the Flow template. Download the file below.

  7. Click ‘Import’.

  8. Open the newly created workflow.

  9. Click ‘Turn on workflow’ in the top right-hand corner.

  10. Click “Turn on”.
