You can enable a confirmation checkbox to verify that the customer agrees to their selections within the portal for their return. This feature helps you enforce your terms and conditions and confirm the customer's selections.

To enable the terms and conditions checkbox, navigate to the Settings → Returns section and toggle the checkbox option. Ensure you have your store's terms and conditions URL ready to input.
Enable Return Confirmation Checkbox?
When enabled, a checkbox will appear with return submission terms and a link to the store's terms & conditions (if available). Customers must agree to the return type and options they have selected through the portal. This checkbox must be checked to confirm and submit the return.
Return Confirmation Terms and Conditions URL
The confirmation checkbox uses the URL for the store's terms and conditions related to returns. The terms and conditions link will only show if the confirmation URL is filled in.
Return Confirmation Checkbox Trigger
This determines whether customers are asked to confirm their selection for every return outcome (e.g., refund, exchange, credit) or just for store credits.

The text is shown next to the required checkbox. This can be customised to your needs.
