Swap allows you to assign specific addresses to individual carriers based on your unique requirements. When a customer initiates a return, the system automatically generates and assigns the appropriate address to the selected carrier.
Adding Addresses
You can add the addresses on your dashboard under Returns → Shipping. All addresses can be added, edited, or deleted. To add a new address, navigate to the ‘General’ tab*.* You can add an unlimited number of addresses. You can find your return addresses and an ‘Add Address’ button on the right.
Assigning Addresses to Carriers
⚠️ Every carrier requires a destination address for the carrier to be enabled and used as a shipping option.
The addresses on the dashboard will now become available to assign to a specific carrier. To assign to a carrier, navigate to the ‘Carriers’ tab. Find the carrier to assign, and then click ‘Settings’. After a carrier has been assigned, it can be changed at any time.
How-To Guide
1. Go to the Swap Dashboard
2. Open the Returns drop-down menu
3. Click "Shipping"
4. These are your current return addresses
5. Click here to add an address
6. Fill in the new address
7. Click here to add the address to your account
8. To assign an address to a carrier, go to the "Carriers" tab
9. Click "Settings" for the carrier you wish to assign the new address to
10. Click here to edit the address
11. Choose a predefined address from the list.
12. Click here to save the address
