Setting the Return Window

Swap automatically enforces a brand's return window policy, whether it be 14 days, 30 days, etc. This means a customer cannot enter the portal outside this number of days to request a return.

The number of days Swap will enforce is adjustable.

 


 

Setting the Return Window

  1. On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on the arrow next to ā€˜Returns’. A drop-down list will appear.

  2. Please select the ā€œSettingsā€ option and navigate to the tab ā€œReturns.ā€

  3. Within this tab, you will see a box labelled "return window days." Here, you can set the days you wish to be implemented.

šŸ’” This number of days determines how long the customer has to return their item through the returns portal. The number of days is counted from the date the order is fulfilled.
