Adding a New User to Swap

To give others access to your Swap Dashboard, you can add them as a user.

  1. In the Swap Dashboard, on the left, click on ‘Users.’

  2. On the top right-hand side of your screen, you will see a button “Add User.” Click on it to open the pop-up.

  3. Here, you will enter the user's email address and name and assign them a role

Different User Roles

Swap has four roles you can assign a user: Admin, Manager Member, Viewer.

  • Admin
    • Master admin with access to all features
    • Can add all user types, can delete all users
  • Manager
    • Access to everything except invoicing + funding tabs
    • Can only add member users, can delete member users
  • Member (ex: customer service rep)
    • Only access to the “returns” tab
    • Cannot add any users, cannot delete any users
  • Viewer
    • Only access to the view the dashboard but not take any action
