To give others access to your Swap Dashboard, you can add them as a user.

In the Swap Dashboard, on the left, click on ‘Users.’

On the top right-hand side of your screen, you will see a button “Add User.” Click on it to open the pop-up.

Here, you will enter the user's email address and name and assign them a role
Different User Roles
Swap has four roles you can assign a user: Admin, Manager Member, Viewer.
- Admin
- Master admin with access to all features
- Can add all user types, can delete all users
- Manager
- Access to everything except invoicing + funding tabs
- Can only add member users, can delete member users
- Member (ex: customer service rep)
- Only access to the “returns” tab
- Cannot add any users, cannot delete any users
- Viewer
- Only access to the view the dashboard but not take any action
