To ensure customer satisfaction, we simplify the checkout process to a single transaction. This means consolidating your transaction with Swap's into one seamless experience. As part of this setup, the Swap Package Protection fee will be included in your transaction, and we will invoice you monthly to recover the Swap premium your customers pay. Essentially, you will facilitate the fee collection on our behalf, streamlining the process for your customers.
⚠️ You won't pay Swap directly but act as a fee collector, sparing your customers from two transactions. Setting up your billing and reimbursement accounts is key to our partnership.
Billing
You will be billed for the insurance premiums on each order covered by Swap Protect. Swap will bill for all orders created within your billing cycle.
Reimbursements
When a claim is approved, we will reimburse you for the protected value of the order. Reimbursements will be processed within your reimbursement cycle.
