Shipping Discounts
Global's shipping rate displayed at checkout includes taxes and fees. However, from Shopify's perspective, Global only provides the shipping cost. This means that shipping, taxes, and fees are seen as the shipping cost by Shopify.
This means that when a discount code affects the shipping line (e.g., "Free Shipping"), the total amount displayed in the shipping line, including taxes and fees, will be adjusted.
