The Analytics Dashboard provides an overview of Global’s performance, helping you track sales, orders, and product performance. This guide explains the various elements and features of the Analytics Dashboard to help utilise its functionalities effectively.
Overview Section
This section provides a quick snapshot of key metrics:
- Total Orders Value: The total monetary value of all orders placed with Global.
- Total Orders: The total number of orders placed.
- Average Order Value: The average amount spent per order.
Interactive Geo Map
This map visualizes the geographical distribution of your orders, helping you identify where your customers are located.
Different regions on the map are shaded to reflect the volume of orders from each area. Darker shades indicate higher order volumes.
Country Breakdown
This bar chart provides a detailed breakdown of order values by country.
Each bar represents a country and shows the total order value from that location. This helps you identify key markets and assess Global sales performance.
Number of Orders
This line chart tracks the number of orders and their total value over a specific period.
The number of orders is represented by one line, showing the trend in order quantity over time.
The total value is represented by another line, showing the total monetary value of orders over time.
Best Performing Products
This bar chart highlights the products that have been purchased most frequently.
Each bar represents a product and the number of times it has been purchased. This helps you identify popular products and manage inventory accordingly.
Orders Table
This table provides information about individual orders, offering an overview of your sales.
Columns:
- Created At: The date and time when the order was placed.
- Order Name: A unique identifier for each order, typically the order number.
- Total Charged: The total amount charged for the order, including shipping and tax.
- Total Shipping Charged: The shipping cost associated with the order.
- Total Tax Charged: The tax amount applied to the order.
This detailed view helps track specific orders and perform detailed sales analyses.
Filters and Export Options
- Filters: Located at the top right of the overview and orders table. Filters allow you to narrow down the displayed data based on specific criteria.
- Export to CSV: This option lets you download the data in CSV format for offline analysis or reporting purposes.
